Position Title : Beneficiary Wellness /Program Data Manager

FLSA Status : Full-time/Exempt

Reports to : Family community outreach coordinator

Saint Charles Lwanga America Center is an accredited community-based holistic Family-based therapy model health center that provides a continuum of psychological, physical, mental health & rehabilitation services for children, adolescents, & adults with emotional, behavioral disorders and Persons with Disabilities in DC. Job Summary:

The primary assignment for this social space role will be managing the assessment, casing, placement,  training, supervision, and data collection for a community-based/evidence-based intervention for beneficiaries and their families. Other responsibilities include operational oversight of programs. Including the overall delivery and provision of community-based services. Ensuring compliance under all applicable jurisdictional regulations. Ensuring that the day-to-day responsibilities of the space beneficiaries are adequately being met. We hold daily Managers' Meetings with the Executive Team and Beneficiary Review Peers (BRPs). At any time you may be asked to provide coverage or representation of the organization at external meetings.

Responsibilities and Standards of Performance:

  • Recruits, hires and trains newly hired staff, in addition to determining, planning and implementing necessary and required training for staff on a regular basis.
  • Administratively supervises staff/interns in assigned programs.
  • Provides weekly and monthly program statistics.
  • Reviews and approves documentation.
  • Submit all billing documentation, assigned in timely manner according to the guidelines established by the OMHC.
  • Develop individualized service/therapy plans for program beneficiaries.
  • Meets regularly with CEO to discuss program status, philosophy and objectives, management problems, public relations and other relevant issues on a regular basis.
  • Communicates with beneficiaries, family members, and or legal guardians to manage inquiries and resolve concerns.
  • Provides on-site evening clinical coverage.
  • Supports continuous quality improvement.
  • Annually updates or contributes to assigned aspects of the strategic plan and policies and procedures.
  • Manages the integration of measurement -based care and systems to measure clinical outcomes.
  • Maintains DMV licenses (mandatory) in good standing at all times.
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor to meet the needs of the agency.
  • Works within the context of Saint Charles Lwanga America Center Vision, Mission and Philosophy in order to support beneficiaries and staff meet their agency, autonomy, self-determination, productivity and goals.

Education/Training:

  • Master’s degree in public health, education, social work or psychology, or equivalent degree.
  • CHES, MCHES, Teaching License,  Behavior Therapy, Licensed in DMC as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW-C), Professional Counselor (LCPC) as a Psychologist, Licensed Independent Social Worker Clinical, or Licensed Professional Counselor

Experience:

(3) years of supervisory experience conducting diagnostic evaluations, providing individual and family therapy and preparing activity plans.

  • Any of DMV Board-approved supervisory level role is preferred
  • LCSW-C or LCPC licensure is preferred, but not required.
  • Bilingual (Spanish) preferred but not required

Other Requirements:

  • Evening coverage on one evening required (until 7 PM)
  • The start date for this position is expected before the end of 2026
